We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with a strong background in retail and online fulfilment processes. This role requires the ability to translate business and technical requirements effectively, taking a customer-centric approach. You will collaborate closely with store teams, taking ownership of the process to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Description:

• Provide input into finance operating plans and policies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops across departments/divisions to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop clear and detailed process maps to optimize fulfilment operations.
• Create business requirement specifications and work closely with systems analysts for effective communication and development.
• Analyze process changes, risks, and impacts, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Develop and execute test scripts aligned with business scenarios, conducting thorough system and integration testing.
• Support environment setup for business changes and ensure readiness for implementation.
• Compile training materials and deliver training sessions to users.
• Responsible for status reporting, issue feedback, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support users during implementation and stabilize processes/systems post-implementation.
• Analyze user issues and provide effective remedies to maintain operational continuity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail/online fulfilment operations.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of retail operations, process documentation, system testing, and implementation.
• Location: Must be based in Cape Town.
