Duties & Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Human Resource strategies, policies, and governance for the assigned area, while adhering to legal and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with line management to develop and execute strategic workforce and talent management plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate effective employee relations and performance management.
Manage and oversee the recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to critical compliance issues and best practices.
Advise and coach employees and line management on employee relations and compliance with legislative requirements, including transformation plans and ER policies.
Partner with line management to identify and address cost inefficiencies related to workforce management, offering solutions to optimise resource allocation and budget control.
Support and implement change management initiatives to instill a high-performance culture and enhance organisational capability.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data to support HR decision-making processes and compliance reporting.
Participate in the design and management of internal business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of P&P service delivery.
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and encouraging a culture of safety among staff.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (Essential / Minimum) Certification in First Line Management (Essential / Minimum) Certification in Labour Relations Development Program (Recommended / Desirable) 3-5 years of relevant experience in People and Performance operations or a related field (Essential / Minimum) Proven expertise in compliance, governance, and employee relations Proficiency in implementing strategic workforce plans and high-performance culture initiatives Strong relationship management skills with line management, employees, and unions Experience in managing and optimising internal business processes and talent management Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure Strong analytical skills, particularly in Human Resources Management and decision-making Psychometric Assessment (Essential / Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro) Certificate of Fitness (Essential / Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro) #J Ljbffr
