The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with a focus on driving cost-saving initiatives and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with the CFO to provide strategic financial leadership across business operations.
• Identify opportunities for improving systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Advise business units on financial strategies and operational improvements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives across the organization, providing actionable insights for financial optimization.
• Oversee the delivery of key financial projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication of financial insights.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial plans to support business goals.

Requirements :

• CA(SA) qualification; CIMA qualification is highly beneficial.
• Completed articles with a minimum of 5 years of commercial finance experience.
• Proven experience in building and implementing financial models that support business performance and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in delivering large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
