Job description

To effectively manage and increase the PAXI customer base and products and manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained product and portfolio growth. As a Business Manager you will also need to ensure that projects within your portfolio are successfully implemented within scope, time and cost parameters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing strategic proposals to onboard high-value partners and merchants.

Drive revenue growth by managing financial performance against budgeted targets and proactively addressing shortfalls.

Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and merchants to secure competitive deals

Engage with PEPKOR legal with regard to new and existing contracts

Ongoing project management of allocated portfolio within agreed timelines and through engagement with stakeholders

Ensure that regular meetings are held and relationships are managed with all internal and external stakeholders

Ensure all administrative work are completed within expected timelines

New Merchant contracts are negotiated and confirmed on an ongoing basis

Continuous improvement / growth on portfolio
