We’re looking for a Business Manager to take the helm of our I&E division, shaping the future of environmental services across Southern Africa. This is an opportunity to lead from the front—developing new services, building high-performance teams, and ensuring exceptional quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

Drive business development and revenue growth across Southern Africa

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and quality assurance systems

Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management

Recruit, train, and develop high-potential teams

Monitor budgets and implement corrective measures to ensure targets are met

Promote our brand integrity, quality, and innovation to all stakeholders

Profile Requirements:

University degree or equivalent professional qualification

Minimum 5 years’ experience in international trade/commerce

Minimum 5 years' proven management experience

Strong analytical and commercial acumen

Fluent in English (regional languages an advantage)

Excellent leadership, operational, and people management skills

Strong commitment to ethics, safety, and security
