This role involves evaluating, managing, and approving credit risk within the designated area by providing recommendations and support to internal stakeholders. This is achieved through implementing group credit mandates, risk frameworks, and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recommend credit decisions within your mandate using the app.
  2. Assess and approve credit to minimize risk to the business.
  3. Manage the credit approval process.
  4. Develop and nurture collaborative relationships across business units and Product Houses.
  5. Approve or recommend counterparty exposure across multiple products.
  6. Manage ongoing credit risk at origination.
  7. Drive customer service standards and operational objectives.
  8. Ensure credit approvals comply with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
  9. Maintain target approval turnaround times to ensure client retention.
  10. Analyze credit data to assess risk levels.
  11. Evaluate credit risk through quantitative and qualitative analysis, monitoring existing exposures, and recommending decisions.

Candidate Profile:

Hold a CA or B Degree equivalent with 2-5 years of enterprise segment experience.

Support Skills:

  • Manage and administer a client portfolio, applying approval and risk management practices.
  • Provide exceptional service by educating clients and offering suitable solutions.
  • Resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues promptly.
