Job Purpose

The Data Analytics Manager will lead the delivery of advanced analytics solutions across our Global team, managing a team of 8–15 data professionals. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable data solutions using technologies such as Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Python, SQL, and R. The successful candidate will foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and continuous development, while ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance standards.

Accountabilities & Activities

  • Lead and manage a team of 8–15 data analysts, engineers, and scientists, providing day-to-day direction, performance management, and career development.
  • Act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding the team in the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and analytics products using Power BI, ensuring they meet business requirements and usability standards.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning models using Python, SQL, and R to support forecasting, segmentation, and operational insights.
  • Establish and maintain team standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and version control.
  • Design and deliver structured training plans to upskill team members in cloud platforms, analytics tools, and certifications (e.g., PL-300, SnowPro Core).
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning to support individual growth and team capability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Support the Head of Data Analytics in strategic planning, resource forecasting, and delivery governance.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • Professional Certifications (preferred or in progress):
  • - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • - SnowPro Core Certification (Snowflake)
  • - Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
  • - AWS Certified: Data Analytics – Specialty
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing data teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, and R.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and AWS Glue.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example through hands-on technical delivery.
  • Experience in agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
