Are you someone who can:
  • Create solutions to meet customer demands.
  • Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
  • Ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver quality service.
  • Propose ideas to improve technical solutions.
  • Participate in activities that support your development.
  • Support and contribute to tactical business strategies and execute relevant BI projects aligned with strategic objectives, with performance measures and control systems to track progress.
  • Drive efficiencies by sharing reusable solutions and leveraging tools developed by Data & Analytics teams.
  • Interpret source-to-target mappings for data extraction from various sources.
  • Transform data into meaningful information stored in a data warehouse to enhance business decision-making.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within timeframes and specifications.
  • Research and enable technology improvements and platform enablement.
  • Review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce redundancy.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
  • Implement relevant policies, standards, and compliance procedures, and review audit findings and changes.
  • Educate others and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in forums and activities for personal development.
  • Develop collaborative relationships across teams, fostering teamwork and inclusivity.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience aligned with organizational values and standards.
  • Build relationships across teams to enhance collaboration and innovation.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
  • Minimum Qualification: Relevant Degree in Information Technology, Data Science.
  • Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience, with skills in SAS, PowerBI, mySQL, and experience working with financial data.
