Job Description: Customer Engagement Channels Data Analyst
We are seeking a Data Analyst to effectively manage information and reporting flows for Customer Engagement Channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Production: Ensure the timely creation of standard daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including but not limited to new business, product, customer, performance, productivity, and executive reports.
- MIS Platform Management: Translate business requirements into advanced MIS reports and manage the reporting platform.
- Automation & Optimization: Automate reporting processes, consult with business users, and implement best practices to optimize reporting, data utilization, analytics, and forecasts.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Manage data provision for ad hoc analysis, investigations, and provide solutions and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with business unit heads and coordinate with data teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide reports for regular forums (monthly and quarterly) adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Create and maintain productive relationships with internal clients.
- Keep clients informed of progress through various communication channels.
- Exceed client expectations to build a positive image.
- Ensure fair treatment of internal and external customers at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
