Role overview : We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst to join our MRM South Africa team.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven with a sense of urgency and have a passion for transforming raw data into compelling visual stories and strategic insights.

Skilled in data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance analytics. Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and advanced data visualization techniques. A strong foundation in data science methodologies, hands-on experience with data analysis, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring including operational client facing project delivery requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes and make an impactful contribution to the business.

This role will work closely with and support all business-related functional areas, specifically, sales, operations, finance, and HR. In this role you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration to develop and implement solutions that turn data into meaningful, actionable insights.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Data Analysis and Reporting : Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform decision-making. Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
2. Project Management : Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget. Use project management methodologies and tools to manage projects effectively.
3. Business Intelligence : Identify and analyze business opportunities using data insights. Develop and implement BI solutions to support business goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE :
