The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in the non-profit sector and holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Public Health, Business, International Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Intelligence / Data Analysis
  2. Collect, interpret, and visualize data to guide decision-making
  3. Develop and manage data dashboards, reporting tools, or M&E frameworks
  4. Utilize Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools effectively
Partnership Development
  1. Cultivate, negotiate, and manage partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, corporations, and multilateral organizations
  2. Engage stakeholders and manage relationships to foster collaboration
  3. Align partnerships with organizational mission and impact or revenue goals
Strategic Thinking & Innovation
  1. Identify new partnership opportunities and markets
  2. Understand social impact metrics, funding landscapes, and development ecosystems
  3. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with a solution-oriented approach
Sector Knowledge (Optional but Preferred)
  1. Familiarity with global health, mental health, public health, or international development sectors
  2. Understanding impact measurement, SDGs, and funding compliance
