About the role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with large, complex datasets, transforming data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic priorities. This hands-on, technical role requires strong data skills and the ability to work independently, driving projects from concept to delivery.

Minimum Education Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Statistics

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Certification in Business Analysis or similar
• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar business intelligence analyst role
• Experience with ETL (extraction, transformation, load) data flow
• Proven ability to identify, quantify, and deliver value through data-driven solutions
• Experience analyzing complex datasets to solve business challenges
• Experience working with data on cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Experience building data visualizations using tools like Power BI
• Good understanding of database management, data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization
• Stakeholder engagement experience, including with senior management
• Experience in data quality and incident management

Ideally, candidates will have experience as a business intelligence analyst within the banking sector.
