Purpose Statement

To build value for the product line by solving client and business challenges using data. To utilize data and analytical skills and experience to build insights, enabling senior decision-makers to make better, informed decisions faster.

Minimum Education Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Statistics

Preferred Education and Experience

• Certification in Business Analysis or similar
• At least 5+ years' experience in a similar business intelligence analyst role
• Experience in business / commercial banking
• Knowledge of ETL data flow, data visualization tools like Power BI, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and database management

Additional Skills and Knowledge

• Stakeholder engagement, including senior management
• Data quality and incident management
• Understanding of agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Proficiency in SQL, data privacy, security regulations, and possibly experience with AutoML, change management, and automation tools like UiPath or Alteryx
• Programming skills in Python or R, and basic version control knowledge
