Global healthcare organisation based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis
3. Proven track record of dashboard creation and data management
4. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related analytical tools

Duties

You will develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards while supporting critical data management and analytical initiatives across the organization.

1. Create and design comprehensive Power BI dashboards
2. Manage project planning and dashboard creation processes
3. Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions
4. Perform data cleaning and preparation for dashboard development
5. Maintain and continuously optimize existing dashboards
6. Leverage AI technologies to automate and enhance analytical processes
7. Work independently to meet project deadlines and objectives

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

2. VBA programming
