Job Title: Business Intelligence Business Analyst

Description

Ideally looking for a BI Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience. An individual with Business Intelligence project experience who possesses strong technical and project management skills would have an added advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Studies, or similar, with a focus on systems or databases, or an equivalent NQF level 7 qualification or higher.
• Two (2) years of experience in a management information role.
• Three (3) years of experience with analytical tools such as Hadoop, SAS, or MS SQL, with Power BI being the most important.
• Three (3) years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of data warehouse design, business intelligence applications, and information products.
• Understanding of change management and its importance in business process transformation.
• Experience working in a multi-project environment.
• Power BI experience (3 years required).
• Proficiency in Python.
• SQL skills (Postgres, MS SQL).
• QlikView experience.

Typical Responsibilities

• Project planning for Employee 360 System.
• Business analysis for Power BI dashboards and Power Apps.
• Source-to-target mapping for data repositories in Azure.
• Design, develop, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop tabular models with SSAS.
