Business Intelligence Analyst

Ideally looking for a BI Business Analyst with 5 years plus experience.

An individual with Business Intelligence projects who possesses great technical skills and project management skills to complement her BA skill would have an added advantage.

Requirements:

1. B degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Studies, or similar with a focus on either systems or databases or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification or higher.
2. Two years' experience in a management information role.
3. Three years' experience with the use of analytical tools such as Hadoop, SAS, or MS SQL with Power BI being the most important.
4. Three years' experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
5. Knowledge and exposure to data warehouse design and business intelligence applications and information products.
6. An understanding of change management and its importance in business process transformation.
7. Experience in a multi-project environment.
8. Power BI is a must-have (3 years experience).
9. Python and Qlikview experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning for Employee System.
2. Business Analysis for Power BI dashboards and Power App.
3. Source-to-Target Mapping for data repository in Azure.
4. Design, develop and publish Power BI reports and dashboards.
