Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their dynamic BI team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in BI tools and data management, a deep analytical mindset, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, design, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using QlikView, QlikSense, and SQL.
2. Create and implement data models (ERDs) and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
3. Build and optimize both backend and frontend BI solutions to meet business requirements.
4. Design user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.
5. Develop and refine complex formulas and calculations to support business decision-making.
6. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business strategy.
7. Collaborate closely with team members (QA, Data Analyst, Technical Project Manager) to ensure quality and alignment of BI solutions.
8. Conduct thorough data validation and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all deliverables.
9. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
