Job description

Ideally looking for a BI Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Studies, or a related field, with a focus on systems or databases, or an equivalent NQF level 7 qualification or higher.
• At least two years of experience in a management information role.
• Three years of experience with analytical tools such as Hadoop, SAS, or MS SQL, with Power BI being the most important.
• Three years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge and exposure to data warehouse design, business intelligence applications, and information products.
• An understanding of change management and its importance in business process transformation.
• Experience working in a multi-project environment.
• Power BI experience (minimum 3 years) is essential.
• Skills in Python and QlikView are desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning for employee systems.
2. Business analysis for Power BI dashboards and Power Apps.
3. Source-to-target mapping for data repositories in Azure.
4. Design, develop, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards.
