Hiring : Business Improvement Officer (24-Month Contract) - Richards Bay
Our client is seeking a Business Improvement Officer on a 24-month contract to transform their operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving continuous improvement, business intelligence, and digital transformation, with a focus on Power BI and digitizing supply chain / manufacturing.

What You'll Do :
Lead & Optimize Processes : Manage projects, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma. Map and standardize workflows.
Develop Business Intelligence : Create and enhance Power BI dashboards for data visualization and informed decision-making. Promote a data-driven culture.
Drive Digital Transformation : Support automation, system enhancements (especially SAP Business One), and champion digitization in production, warehouse, and inventory.
Lead Change : Act as a change agent, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.
Manage Projects : Independently manage project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, reporting on progress and outcomes.
What You'll Need :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
Experience : 3-5 years in continuous improvement, process optimization, or business transformation.
5+ years in a project management / improvement role.
Background in manufacturing, project management, or supply chain is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).
Experience in digital transformation projects, especially in warehouse / supply chain.
Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in process improvement methodologies. Highly IT literate. Adaptable, proactive, and good at stakeholder management.
