Our client is seeking a Business Improvement Officer on a 24-month contract to transform their operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving continuous improvement, business intelligence, and digital transformation, with a focus on Power BI and digitizing supply chain/manufacturing.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Optimize Processes: Manage projects, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma. Map and standardize workflows.

Develop Business Intelligence: Create and enhance Power BI dashboards for data visualization and informed decision-making. Promote a data-driven culture.

Drive Digital Transformation: Support automation, system enhancements (especially SAP Business One), and champion digitization in production, warehouse, and inventory.

Lead Change: Act as a change agent, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.

Manage Projects: Independently manage project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, reporting on progress and outcomes.

What You'll Need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

Experience:3-5 years in continuous improvement, process optimization, or business transformation.

5+ years in a project management/improvement role.

Background in manufacturing, project management, or supply chain is preferred.

Hands-on experience with Power BI and ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).

Experience in digital transformation projects, especially in warehouse/supply chain.
