Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Directly manage the Management Team comprising Sales, Marketing, and Technical departments.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance Managers, both of whom report to the Country Manager.
- Financial Oversight : Assume full PL responsibility for the respective departments within the South African subsidiary.
- Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor performance against objectives, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Operational Excellence : Strategize, design, and oversee operational processes to enhance productivity and growth.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies based on market understanding.
- Key Account Management : Manage key accounts directly, developing existing accounts and pursuing new prospects.
- Team Management : Manage employee activities through collaboration and coaching, ensuring team development.
- Cross-functional Alignment : Support the Universal Renal Care Team in South Africa, fostering collaboration.
Profile
- Proven leadership with successful management experience.
- Experience managing a Profit & Loss (PL) and driving financial performance.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Unit Management.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and innovative thinker.
- Background in Medical Devices and industry trends preferred.
- Self-motivated with a drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
