To provide appropriate risk and investment advice, expertise, and support to clients to help them achieve their financial goals, while adhering to FAIS compliance requirements within the FNB Premium advisory sales and product mandates and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets by advising on FirstRand investment and risk products
  2. Identify and record new business opportunities, forwarding leads to the relevant product teams
  3. Deliver exceptional financial advice that exceeds customer expectations
  4. Manage client portfolios, identifying needs and goals for financial advice
  5. Grow existing client portfolios through proactive engagement
  6. Ensure compliance with processes and legislative requirements, managing high volume deals
  7. Maintain professional knowledge to provide effective support and advice
Candidate Requirements
  • Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Investment Management or CFP qualification
  • Hold RE 5 (must not be under supervision)
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar environment
  • Experience in writing Business Insurance policies
  • Experience in sales, investment, and risk management
  • Experience in the Financial Services Sector
  • Not an unrehabilitated insolvent
  • Undergo a credit record check as per NCA requirements
