Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to effectively work with and engage all levels of management
Task and outcome-oriented with the ability to handle multiple urgent tasks and requests rapidly
Sensitivity to dealer culture, particularly regarding customer-oriented processes and standards necessary to drive the business forward
Effective at implementing and enforcing new programs and procedures
Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Knowledge of and adherence to all applicable policies and agreements relevant to the business
Responsibilities
Sales Team Credit and Processing Centre:
Serve as the primary contact for administrative matters between the Sales team, Credit, and Processing Centre teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with divisional counterparts on initiatives to simplify and improve business processes, including but not limited to the Processing Centre and Credit Management
Streamline communication and workflow processes to ensure efficient resolution of dealer queries and requests
Identify and address administrative bottlenecks to enhance the overall dealer experience
Strategic Formulation:
Work with Regional Sales Managers to develop strategies to improve the performance of sales, credit, and processing teams
Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and provide strategic insights
Develop and execute action plans to meet strategic goals
Administrative Coordination:
Coordinate administrative support for the sales, credit, and processing centre teams to ensure operational efficiency
Manage documentation, records, and administrative materials effectively
Team Management:
Lead a team of retail analysts, credit analysts, and sales support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Compliance:
Ensure all training programs and activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records of training and compliance documentation
Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory updates related to training and compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in automotive, financial services, sales credit, lending, or operations
Proven experience in planning and administrative coordination
