KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Good time and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively and engage with all levels of management.

Task and outcome-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple urgent tasks/requests rapidly.

Sensitivity to dealer culture, especially regarding customer-oriented processes and standards to drive business forward.

Effective in implementing and enforcing new programs, procedures.

Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Ability to understand and apply all relevant policies and agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

10 years of relevant industry experience, e.g., automotive, financial services, focusing on sales, credit lending, or operations.

Proven experience in planning and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

Sales Team, Credit, and Processing Centre:

Serve as the primary contact for administrative matters between sales, credit, and processing teams.

Collaborate with divisional counterparts on initiatives to simplify and improve business processes, including the Processing Centre and Credit Management.

Streamline communication and workflow to resolve dealer queries efficiently.

Identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks to enhance dealer experience.

Strategic Formulation:

Work with Regional Sales Managers to develop strategies to improve team performance.

Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Develop and execute action plans aligned with strategic goals.

Administrative Coordination:

Coordinate administrative support for sales, credit, and processing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Manage documents, records, and administrative materials effectively.

Team Management:

Lead a team of retail analysts, credit analysts, and sales support staff, providing guidance and coaching.

Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Compliance:

Ensure training programs and activities meet regulatory and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of training and compliance documentation.
