In this role, you'll lead from the front, making calls, analysing metrics, supporting training, and ensuring we meet and exceed our targets.Target Market : United States and UKLOCATION : Observatory, Cape TownJOB TYPE : Full Time (Hybrid - One Day In Office)WORKING HOURS : 1pm SA time to 10pm SA timeKey Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential U.S.-based clients and lead by example in securing appointments and qualifying opportunities.Oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance management.Monitor and analyse key sales metrics such as call volumes, appointment rates, and conversion success to optimize team performance.Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and a strong lead pipeline.Support training and onboarding for new team members, including ongoing coaching on scripts, messaging, and objection handling.Refine sales scripts and outreach strategies to improve engagement and outcomes.Conduct regular team check-ins and contribute to a culture of accountability, motivation, and success.Produce accurate and timely reports on team activity and results using tools like Outreach, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.Requirements & Experience : 5+ years in outbound telesales or SDR roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity.Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and reporting tools.Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team while maintaining high personal performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized, strategic, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.If you're ready to lead a dynamic sales team and help shape the future of client engagement at Morae, we'd love to hear from you.About Morae : Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
