Business Development Specialist (POS24269)

Boksburg or Edenvale

R 25 000 to R 35 000 plus commission (dependable on industry knowledge and experience)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with a technical background in electronic security products, electrical, or a similar industry to spearhead the expansion of our BD portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
  1. Must have matric
  2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Advantage)
  3. At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a technical sales role within the electronic security, electrical, or similar industry
  4. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficiency in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  6. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  7. Research and strategy acumen is a must-have.
  8. Fluency in English and Afrikaans
  9. Must have driver’s license and own transport
  10. Excellent strategic planning and organizational capabilities, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  11. An independent, proactive initiator with a hands-on approach to business.
