What you’ll do:You’ll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and leading the end-to-end development of compelling bids, tenders, and proposals. You’ll shape pitch strategies, craft sharp key messages, and coordinate inputs across legal and business teams to deliver standout submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and prepare high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals that align with client requirements and deadlines
- Develop tailored messaging that articulates unique value for each scope of work
- Maintain and regularly update pitch/tender collateral to ensure professionalism and relevance
- Monitor and track bid outcomes to continuously refine and improve processes
- Build relationships with clients, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain pitch and proposal records on InterAction for streamlined reporting
- Contribute to broader BD initiatives including CRM and legal directory submissions
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- 2–4 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
- Exposure to the legal industry is advantageous
- Excellent command of English with strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems such as InterAction
