Business Development Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Development Specialist.

Purpose of Role

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

You need to be able to show you can sell and sell well.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Responsible to self-generate new opportunities.
  2. Calling on sales and marketing executives.
  3. Develop and implement plans and strategies for quickly developing sales territory.
  4. Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.
  5. Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects.
  6. Close new business and foster existing customer relationships.
  7. Cold calling / prospecting.
  8. Documented ability to penetrate new accounts.
  9. Two to five years' related experience.
  10. Presence / presentation skills.
  11. Ability to present and develop with sales and marketing professionals.
  12. Communication skills: the ability to articulate and communicate compelling business logic.
  13. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  14. Flexible and mature approach and ability to work unsupervised.
Package & Remuneration

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm.
