One of our high-growth clients is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team at a pivotal stage of expansion. This U.S.-based company helps coaches, consultants, authors, and entrepreneurs establish themselves as industry leaders by positioning them on premium in-person stages nationwide. You'll start by owning outbound outreach cold LinkedIn DMs, email, calls to book qualified meetings, with a clear path to evolve into a full-cycle closer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cold outreach (calls, DMs, email) to coaches, speakers, authors, and entrepreneurs
  • Research conferences and events across the U.S. to identify high-value prospects
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls or pitch meetings for senior leadership

Maintain accurate records of activity and lead status in CRM

Re-engage warm and previously contacted leads

Collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging and outreach strategy

Grow into a hybrid setter + closer role, handling the full sales cycle

What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5 years experience in outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, or SDR/BDR roles

- Experience selling to entrepreneurs, business owners, or service providers is a strong plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal

- Resilient and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude

- Bonus points if you’re familiar with the world of coaching, speaking, or thought leadership
