Job summary

The Legends Agency is looking for a Business Development Representative (UK Market) based in Cape Town. This full-time role involves making over 100 outbound sales calls daily, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong sales experience, outstanding English communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems, and be prepared to work during UK business hours. A competitive salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven outbound sales or BDR experience.
• Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market).
• Fluent, professional English written and spoken with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
• Experience working on a CRM platform.
• Resilient, target-driven, and a true self-starter.
• Able to work UK business hours (9 am to 6 pm GMT).
• Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Dial 100+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution.
• Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro.
• Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team.
• Update all interactions in our CRM system.
• Smash weekly KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, sales processes, and outreach strategies.
