Does outbound sales come naturally to you plus you enjoy the hunt? Looking for a role where you actually close and not just pass the leads along? Keen is hiring a Business Development Representative to help our client scale their business in the U.S. and beyond.

This is a full sales role - you'll be identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the U.S. and global markets
  2. Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and personalized LinkedIn outreach
  3. Research industries and companies to craft targeted pitches
  4. Build strong relationships that lead to trust and signed contracts
  5. Keep detailed records of sales activities and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
  6. Collaborate with our leadership team to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates
  7. Hit and exceed monthly meeting and revenue goals

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of outbound sales experience (preferably in call center outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B services)
  2. Experience selling into the U.S. or other international markets
  3. You've booked your own meetings and brought in real revenue - not just warmed up leads
  4. Great written and verbal communication skills
  5. Super organized, self-motivated, and target-driven

Location & Hours

  1. Hybrid role based in Foreshore, Cape Town
  2. Working hours: 4pm to 1am SAST (10am to 7pm EST)
