Does outbound sales come naturally to you plus you enjoy the hunt? Looking for a role where you actually close and not just pass the leads along? Keen is hiring a Business Development Representative to help our client scale their business in the U.S. and beyond.
This is a full sales role - you'll be identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the U.S. and global markets
- Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and personalized LinkedIn outreach
- Research industries and companies to craft targeted pitches
- Build strong relationships that lead to trust and signed contracts
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with our leadership team to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates
- Hit and exceed monthly meeting and revenue goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience (preferably in call center outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B services)
- Experience selling into the U.S. or other international markets
- You've booked your own meetings and brought in real revenue - not just warmed up leads
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Super organized, self-motivated, and target-driven

- Hybrid role based in Foreshore, Cape Town
- Working hours: 4pm to 1am SAST (10am to 7pm EST)
