Responsibilities

What we’re looking for :

  • Achieves maximum revenue profitability, growth, and channel penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment (Forecourts) by effectively selling the company’s products.
  • Communicates to and educates all customers in category management systems and becomes the category champion within the area of operation through forward share management.
  • Implements EDGE principles.
  • Increases market share % in PepsiCo categories in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role :

  • Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification - Diploma or Degree.
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong track record of achievement.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrity, intelligence, and a proactive attitude (“I can do it”).
  • Strong motivation for closing business and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Experience with direct selling is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
