Business Development Representative (B2B SaaS) – Cape Town.

A global SaaS company is expanding its team worldwide and launching a brand-new office in Cape Town.
As part of this exciting growth, we’re looking for confident, well-spoken individuals who are comfortable engaging with international businesses and C-suite decision-makers.

With full training provided, you’ll gain the tools, support, and global exposure needed to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in global B2B sales.

Salary: R24 000 – R34 000 CTC per month plus commission.

***US working hours (14:00/15:00 – 22:00/23:00 SA time).

Minimum Requirements:

  • A completed National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (flexible depending on experience)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience dealing directly with customers in an outbound sales capacity
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and professional
  • A strong presence and the ability to speak comfortably with senior decision-makers
  • High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent time management and a proactive, self-driven mindset

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify ideal clients, then use personalized outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage decision-makers
  • Start meaningful business conversations and book discovery meetings
  • Help grow the sales pipeline by generating qualified opportunities through cold calling
  • Accurately record activity and progress using CRM tools
  • Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and career development support
