Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Compensation: 1300 - 1500 USD per month

Job Summary:

We are presently in search of a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold-calling leads, CRM management, team collaboration, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should bring at least 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role, with adeptness in CRM tools and a strong background working in digital marketing and development studio industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential SMB clients who can benefit from our cybersecurity, business resilience, and AI solutions.

  • Outreach Initiatives: Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events to introduce our services.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target client profile.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales executives to facilitate the sales process.

  • Cold Calling: Make cold calls daily to potential leads, engaging them with the company's offerings and generating interest.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our Customer Relationship Management system.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

  • Market Feedback: Provide insights from prospect interactions to inform service offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the IT

    services, cybersecurity, or AI sectors.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a

  • related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, business continuity

    planning, and AI applications in business.

  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and

    sales engagement platforms.

  • Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR.

  • Experience in selling to SMBs across various industries.

  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools and their application in enhancing business operations.
