Business Development Representative (Remote - US Hours)

The Opportunity

We're seeking a senior-level Business Development Representative (BDR) who is self-motivated, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. This is a contract-based, full-time role. Strong English proficiency is essential; a South African accent is preferred.

Compensation

Total : $3000 USD / month

Base : 50-65% of total comp

Commission : Remainder (potentially uncapped)

What You'll Do

  • Pre-qualify inbound leads and set appointments for Marketing Consultants
  • Conduct 20-40 discovery calls weekly with remodeling and custom home-building business owners
  • Follow up via email, phone, and text with engaged prospects
  • Record detailed notes and manage leads in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine processes
