Your mission

Your contribution plays a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitious objectives of driving customer acquisition and fostering substantial revenue growth. With your expertise and dedication, you are positioned to provide support to our commercial team, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Your efforts will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the sales process, ensuring that every step aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals and delivers value to our customers. This involves:

  1. Manage the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, support our business development managers in their daily tasks, and help close deals.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and conclude contracts, working closely with the Strategy & Concepting team.
  • Use sales tools such as CRM software to manage and track sales activity.
  • Conversational excellence and uncovering pain points
    • Communicate with clients and follow up on leads.
    • Understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
    • Stay updated with product and service information.
    • Create and maintain a database of current and potential leads.
    • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Increase upsells and cross-sell
    • Upsell products and services.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries from existing customers and collaborate with the customer success manager for customer service.
  • Willingness to learn
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital storytelling.
    • Be open to acquiring new skills and experiences to grow within the company.

    Your profile

    • 2+ years of relevant work experience
    • Bachelor's degree (preferably in applied sciences)
    • Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
    • Flexible and accommodating to different time zones
    • Available full-time; 40 hours per week
    • Responsible and able to work independently
    • Client-focused mindset with an understanding of how to make clients successful
    • Performs well under pressure
    • Experience with sales tools such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and other platforms
    • Constantly seeking new business opportunities, aware of market needs
