- Crush your KPIs: From meetings booked to deals advanced, you know how to move the needle.
- Keep the pipeline clean: Your CRM is your Bible – up-to-date, accurate, and always working for you.
- Collaborate with UK Sales teams to hand over red-hot, qualified leads seamlessly.
- Stay curious: Research deeply, understand your market, and always look for your unfair advantage.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 2+ years in B2B sales or client-facing roles (SDR/BDR/Account Exec – we want someone who’s done the graft).
- Natural confidence when talking to UK decision-makers – you’re clear, concise, and impossible to ignore.
- A proven record of smashing outreach and booking high-quality meetings.
- Written and verbal communication that’s chef’s kiss – polished, persuasive, and on point.
- You’re a self-starter with a swagger – independent, resourceful, and results-driven.
- Fluent in tools like CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the usual suspects (MS Office, etc.).
- You don’t confuse busywork with progress – you’re laser-focused on what actually moves deals forward.
