Are you an excellent communicator with a talent for engaging potential clients? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and identifying promising leads? If so, we are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's team! This role focuses on screening leads and setting up meetings for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Lead Screening & Qualification
  • Contact inbound and outbound leads to assess interest and suitability.
  • Ask key questions to determine if leads fit the client profile.
  • Accurately log lead information in the CRM system.
  • Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups
    • Secure qualified meetings for the Sales team.
    • Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships over time.
    • Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the appropriate sales representative.
  • CRM & Lead Tracking
    • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions.
    • Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and trends.
    • Identify potential improvements in the outreach process.
    What We’re Looking For :
    • Fully multilingual in English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Sotho, etc.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement in the financial services sector.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making outbound calls.
    • Ability to ask the right questions to qualify leads effectively.
    • Experience using a CRM system (preferred).
    • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
