About the job: Business Development Representative

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to lead our outbound outreach efforts and connect with entrepreneurs, business owners, and busy professionals who are ready to delegate and grow. You’ll play a key role in building the pipeline, owning prospecting, and setting qualified meetings for our growth team.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that’s rethinking how companies scale - with real support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs) to generate qualified meetings with startup founders, solopreneurs, and busy professionals.
  • Research industry segments and prospect profiles to target high-value leads.
  • Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for our growth team.
  • Keep CRM systems up-to-date with activity, status, and contact info.
  • Re-engage previous leads and nurture warm contacts.
  • Provide feedback on outreach performance to optimize messaging and approach.
  • Grow into a hybrid setter + closer role as part of our expanding sales team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 35 years experience in outbound B2B sales, SDR/BDR roles, or appointment setting.
  • Proven success selling to founders, entrepreneurs, or SME clients.
  • Excellent communication skills - articulate, concise, and persuasive.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
