A rapidly growing marketing company specializing in lead generation and sales support for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

We offer tailored marketing strategies and lead generation services specifically for MSPs, helping them scale their businesses with qualified prospects and optimized marketing campaigns.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting sales efforts for both the company and its clients, primarily in the MSP space.

This is a backend sales support role focused on digital engagement, cold calling, and leveraging CRM tools for prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound cold calling to generate and qualify leads for MSP clients.
  2. Qualify leads based on buying signals and intent gathered from proprietary tools, website traffic, PPC ads, and other sources.
  3. Set appointments for sales teams and ensure smooth transitions for leads through the sales pipeline.
  4. Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage contact records, and log activities.
  5. Support the sales process by gathering necessary context around prospects' needs using the CRM and other data points.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize outreach strategies across multiple marketing channels.
  7. Ensure all outreach aligns with clients' sales strategies and goals.
  8. Maintain professionalism and engagement with prospects, representing the brand with integrity.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, cold calling, or lead generation (preferably in B2B or SaaS environments).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (experience with HubSpot preferred, but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent English fluency.
  • Ability to qualify prospects effectively and efficiently within the MSP industry.
  • Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and KPI-oriented.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for managing leads and data.
  • Basic understanding of the MSP industry.
  • Experience working with IT services, cloud computing, or networking solutions.
  • Experience with lead generation for service-based or technical sales companies.
  • Adaptability to different sales strategies.

We will provide necessary training.

Previous experience in sales related to IT services, cloud, or networking solutions is a plus.
