Regional Business Development Manager - Eastern Africa

Based in Kenya

Looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts in Eastern Africa. This strategic external sales role is ideal for a commercially minded, technically strong individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of regional markets.

The candidate must demonstrate proven experience in doing business in the East African region, with a strong track record of sales success in key industries such as food processing, medical, wastewater, packaging, and power.

Minimum requirements :

• Tertiary education is essential. Preferred qualifications include : BSc Degree in , , or similar technical field. Business-related qualifications, such as a , , or Sales and Marketing diploma or degree. Additional certifications in sales, key account management, or export / business development are advantageous
• Extensive technical sales experience in industrial environments, ideally with a multinational company.
• Experience selling to engineers, technical managers, and procurement stakeholders.
• Familiarity with vacuum technology is a plus.
• Proven success in industries such as food processing, oil & gas, packaging, , or water treatment.
• Demonstrated business experience within the East African region is essential.
