Role Objective :

Business Development Portfolio Lead - will be responsible for expanding requires proactively engaging with potential clients to introduce them to the full range of with the internal value chain of the business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building

skills and a passion for business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. New Business Development & Expansion

Identify and acquire new clients across diverse sectors to drive business growth.

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand market share and penetrate

untapped business segments.

Proactively seek out and close high-value deals by understanding client needs and

positioning tailored solutions.

Lead the strategic sales function by driving long-term revenue growth, ensuring

sustainable profitability over multiple years.

Establish a strong pipeline of high-quality leads, ensuring continuous progression and

deal closure.

Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and overall business growth.

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend forecasting to identify

emerging opportunities.

Develop data-driven sales strategies based on industry trends and client demand.

Innovate and tailor solutions to meet evolving client needs, collaborating with internal

Establish and nurture high-value relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers,

Professional Experience & Qualification Requirements :

Education : , Bachelors degree in Business management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship

management, preferably in banking, financial services, or learning & development

sectors.

Track Record : Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic
