Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our global freelance team. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and business development across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and pursue potential clients in strategic markets aligned with Innov8 Solutions’s service offerings.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in IT services or staffing sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions and services is an advantage.
