As the Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, driving the company’s business growth and building market position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales targets and opinion leaders
  • Present our products and services to new clients
  • Conduct market research regularly
  • Identify key markets and provide input
  • Build strategies for specified markets
  • Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
  • Maintain good relations with existing and new clients
  • Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
  • Attend major industry events
  • Document business development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar industry
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Zulu, Xhosa, or other languages is an advantage
  • Proficient in Google Apps and computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, and adapt to changes
  • Proactive attitude in business operations
  • Ability to travel as required
