As the Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills.

Your duties will include but are not limited to driving the company's business growth and building market position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify sales targets and opinion leaders.
  2. Present our products and services to new clients.
  3. Conduct market research regularly.
  4. Identify key markets and provide input.
  5. Build strategies for specified markets.
  6. Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
  7. Maintain good relations with existing and new clients.
  8. Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
  9. Attend major industry events.
  10. Document business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development in the CFD brokerage industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services, particularly in CFD trading.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the CFD brokerage industry.
