Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to acquire new business in the market, maintain secured new business, and increase the logistics spend of each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compile rates proposals, estimates, and presentations.
  2. Conduct customer implementation.
  3. Handle all administrative functions within the sales environment, such as estimates and rates proposals.
  4. Attend and complete designated training programs.
  5. Implement operational procedures for new business signed.
  6. Maximize profit.
  7. Develop tenders, proposals, and contracts.
  8. Manage stakeholder accounts and relationships.
  9. Develop business value propositions.
  10. Engage in consultative selling.
  11. Analyze opportunities and qualify leads.
  12. Fulfill reporting requirements, including CRM tool management.
Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

Secondary or tertiary qualifications relevant to the role.

Job-Related Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain forwarding, or shipping lines. Experience in air/ocean reefer, perishable sales, or airline exposure is advantageous.
