Job description

Client in the Medical / Healthcare sector seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager. Hospital Management experience is essential!

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Driving growth and establishing new business opportunities
  2. Understanding of the business and providing creative solutions considering all stakeholders
  3. Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve organizational goals
  4. Identify and evaluate market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to support decision making
  6. Interfacing and establishing key relationships with stakeholders
  7. The ability to project manage complex projects
  8. Develop people through coaching and mentoring
  9. Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client requirements

Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contract agreements with clients.

Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in a timely manner

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives

Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

Desired Experience & Qualification
  • A relevant B-degree in Nursing / Healthcare Administration or Business Management or equivalent is essential
  • A medical degree or relevant clinical experience is advantageous
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' management experience
  • Hospital Management experience is essential
  • Willing to travel
