Role:

Business Development Manager (Recruitment)

Type: Full-time, Office-based

Responsibilities:
  1. Onboard new clients by signing Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Preferred Suppliers Lists (PSL) to facilitate business transactions.
  2. Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  3. Drive and ensure successful contract negotiations and business deals.
  4. Support directors in various initiatives.
  5. Research target markets, develop growth strategies, and increase the client base.
  6. Identify business strengths and customer needs.
  7. Draft, review, and write business proposals and contracts.
  8. Negotiate with stakeholders.
  9. Report on successes and areas for improvement.
  10. Maintain in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
  11. Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  12. Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet them.
  13. Manage and support new business pipeline development in collaboration with Directors.
  14. Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their expectations are met.
  15. Communicate effectively and establish credibility within the organization and with the Board of Directors.
  16. Measure company performance in terms of revenue, cost, and productivity.
  17. Benchmark KPIs and implement accelerators to improve efficiency and net profit.
  18. Mentor staff at all levels to foster growth and development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in business development or recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • 9+ years of industry-related business development experience.
