Business Development Executive – Property Software Solutions (POS24294)

Salary: R 35 000 to R 40 000 + commission (negotiable depending on experience)

Purpose:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a leading Property Software Company headquartered in Cape Town. This is a hybrid role based in Pietermaritzburg, allowing for remote work. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a Business Development Executive role, especially within the property market. Candidates with experience or strong knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping will also be considered.

Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Accounting experience, background, or qualification
• Experience in the property sector (rentals, sales, etc.) is a bonus
• Previous experience in business development within the property or software industry is advantageous
• Sales, marketing administration, research, and customer support skills
• Own reliable transport for travel purposes
• Ability and facilities to work from home (hybrid role based in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas)
