Business Development Executive – Property Software Solutions (POS24295)

Location: Midrand (Hybrid Role)

Salary: R 35,000 to R 40,000 + commission (negotiable depending on experience)

Purpose:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a leading Property Software Company, headquartered in Cape Town. This hybrid role allows for remote work from home. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a Business Development Executive role, especially within the property market. Candidates with experience or strong knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping will also be considered.

Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Accounting experience, background, or qualification
3. Previous experience in the property sector (rentals, sales, etc.) is a bonus
4. Experience in business development within the property or software industry is advantageous
5. Skills in sales, marketing administration, research, and customer support
6. Own reliable transport, as travel is involved
7. Facilities to work from home; hybrid role based in Midrand and surrounding areas
